Who is responsible for your data

What we collect and why

When you request a free tax check we collect your name, email, country of residence, where your home is, how you use it and, if you used the calculator, your estimate. We use it only to answer your request and tell you which Spanish tax returns apply to you. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months if you don't become a client, or for as long as the law requires if you do.

Who we share it with

Nobody sells or receives your data for marketing. We use service providers to host the website and store requests (Render, within the EU, and our database provider), bound by data-processing agreements.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing hola@pisosturisticosiva.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
